A house in E Horseshoe Lane is even better, as the driving distance to the District is just three minutes.

What are the HOA Fees?

Most patio homes are usually located in gated communities in Scottsdale and therefore have homeowners association (HOA) fees. These can range between 200 USD to 300 USD a month in Scottsdale.
