How to Use Paytm?

To use Paytm, you must first have a Smartphone.

Second, you must have a debit or credit card.

In case you don’t have a debit/credit card, you can transfer the money to your Paytm account through a Paytm retailer who can transfer money to your account using your own Paytm account.

You can charge a nominal fee for this.

Once the application is installing, launch the application.

Create an account by entering the necessary information and following the instructions on the screen.

To complete the registration process, you will be asking for an OTP or a unique password.

Enter the OTP that you receive via SMS.

Now, set a password for your account. Once done, log into the store.

The advantage of using Paytm is that the same login details can access Paytm through a web browser to make online payments.

Authenticate your transaction using OTP or 3D Secure PIN, and voila!

Once you have the required amount in the wallet, you can use it for payment.

Most local stores accept Paytm.

Another Method

An additional method to pay through Paytm safe is through the QR Code in your application.

In this method, the seller will scan your phone code, and then you can enter the amount you want to pay him.

Paytm also offers an offline payment option.

You must call the toll-free number 1800 1800 1234 and complete the transaction online without using the Internet.

To make the payment, you and the seller must create a 4-digit payment PIN.

Then enter the recipient’s mobile phone number and enter the payment amount.

Finally, you must provide the recipient’s payment PIN.

The amount is to be transferring to the recipient’s Paytm account.

Paytm works primarily as a Digital Wallet, a term used for an electronic device that allows you to carry out e-commerce transactions, usually through your mobile phone.
